Steve and his former partner, Sarah, revealed in Dec 2020 that they welcomed their twin children with the help of a doula and a licensed OB/GYN. In the same interview, he suggested that home nascence is "not for everybody."
Knox had an unusual birth as his feet came first. Similarly, his twin sister didn't take an easy nascence as the cord wrapped effectually her cervix twice rendering her unconscious, blue, and non breathing. The attendee doctor flicked her head and she started crying shortly later on.
